Quality Products Direct may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all orders will be processed in Australian dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Quality Products will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
Quality Products will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Quality Products Direct will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Quality Products Direct will notify customers within 5 business days.
Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped. All orders are subject to the freight company’s timings and terms and conditions.

Quality Products Direct web store accepts Mastercard, Visa and Paypal only. All Quality Products Direct store prices are in Australian dollars and prices charged to overseas-based credit cards are according to the exchange rate on the day of shipment.
At the moment, Quality Products Direct only ships to limited International delivery addresses. Should postage exceed the nominated $20 limit Quality Products Direct will notify you, to obtain the extra postage payment. If you do not wish to purchase additional postage you may cancel your order at this time without penalty and charges will be refunded to your original form of payment according to the payment providers timeline and terms and conditions.
Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Contact us to arrange cancellation of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and/or to place a stop on online orders if:
(a) your order is not accepted at the nominated delivery address; or
(b) we believe (or reasonably suspect) that your order is fraudulent or you have otherwise breached these Web Site terms and conditions
Quality Products Direct online form will email you a tax invoice when payment is processed, so you can reprint the email should you require a hard copy of the invoice.
You may exchange or receive a refund on your purchase by retaining your invoice. Please contact us with details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a Quality Products Direct store error. In all other cases. all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Products Direct will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product does not match the sample or our description; and
You can present your Quality Products Direct online invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Please note, in the case of electrical and electronic products (see definition below) and safety products Quality Products Direct may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample Quality Products Direct will offer a repair, exchange voucher or refund.
If you cannot present your Quality Products Direct online invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase Quality Products Direct reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a ‘deal’, Quality Products Direct may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.
If you are experiencing operating difficulties with products we recommend you first contact us before returning the product. Many operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice.
