Our History

Quality Products was established by Lynette Gregory in 1997.  From the start, the aim of the company was to offer high quality products directly to our customers.  We started with the Picnic at Ascot range supplying the very first picnic backpacks in Australia.  We soon found out that good ideas are always copied!.  We then introduced a selection of garden products.  We became the Australian Distributors for Burgon & Ball and then Garden Works.  In 2004 we started manufacturing our own ranges and introduced the Portable Fridges.  This was followed in 2005 with a selection of coloured glass oil lamps,  then our Trade Marked product the “Bucket Ina Bag”.  We also manufacture our own ranges of “Cool Hands Gloves & Toiletries, Watering Cans and Light & Bright Flowerpots.  We are always working on new products that have to be high quality and very practicle and useable.  2011 saw the launch of our Urban Composter range – a stylish and effective way of disposing of kitchen scraps. 

We are passionate about quality.  Quality products and quality service is our aim.  Our product selection represents the very highest standard in manufacturering and design.  This is matched by the service that we provide.  We will go out of our way to help our customers choose the most suitable products for their requirements.  If they ever have a problem with any our our products we will sort it out.

Real People

Like many successful businesses, Quality Products is a family affair. Luke who is Lynette’s son is an up and coming designer.  Luke designed the Urban Composter and is currently completing a degree in Industrial Design.  How good to have an Australian designed product as one of our top sellers.

In Australia, Lynette is ably assisted by Leanne.  When Lynette isn’t attending the latest trade or retail show you can find her running around the athletics track, pottering in the garden or trying to keep up with her 3 sons.  Leanne is a keen netball players and like Lynette always loves to chat, as any of our trading partners will testify.  You can phone us any time and we promise that you will get a friendly and helpful response.

The Future

We are always looking out for new, original and interesting products.  Each year we have many new “quality” products within our existing ranges.  We aim to offer our customers the lastest selection of styles, colours and concepts.  We want to make sure that you will see it first at Quality Products.  In 2012 we are aiming to expand the Urban Composter sales in overseas markets.  So Quality Products is doing it’s bit to make a positive impact on Australian Exports!
